Summertime Sadness

I don't consider myself a sporty type. Apart from swimming (which is kind of my hidden talent) I can't think of any other field of sport I would tolerate. But, when it comes to long walks around the city, I can go long miles without batting an eye. Obviously, it's only possible when you pick the right outfit. I'm not going to lie, it took me many times to finally learn. New shoes are always a bad choice as well as overly tight clothes. I know it's a cliché for most of you, but there's simply no other trick. And let me tell you that finding really comfy shoes can be a black magic sometimes.

I'm probably the only person with such love for way too big dresses. I just think that when a dress has a good cut style, the size doesn't matter (unless it's too small). Thanks to loose fitting, it gets laid back vibe, especially if you throw a denim jacket over the dress. I actually can't think of a better outfit for long-distance walking. It's not meant to be fancy but it doesn't prevent you from moving and looks cool (especially if you have more original comfy shoes than black ballet flats). All Black

Nothing feels as safe as simply black from head to toe. I remember feeling like nothing fits me anymore but, regardless of the weather, black sweater and pants always had a special place in my heart. And even though it's not time for sweaters yet, I can't wait to wrap myself in a black cashmere. Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely not complaining about current temperature, it's just not that easy to wear dark clothes when it is that hot outside. So as for now I think I'm gonna leave my autumn essentials alone for few more weeks just to not boil myself by accident. Also, I still have the last month of summer holidays ahead of me so I should be concentrated on catching as much heat as possible from the last summer days. In that case, covering my whole body with layers is not the best option. Anyway, take care and I'll see you again soon.
